Registration Sign Up Info/Links

Hello KBC Families,

Though spring felt pretty far off with all the cold this week, the good news is - it always comes! :) And to help you think spring, I am excited to announce that the 2020 baseball registration is officially open!  See below for details and registration link. Please forward to your friends that didn't play last year or any new families and spread the word!

The look of the site has changed slightly, but it is still very easy to use. Log in with the same username and password you created last year (if you can’t remember, email our Registration Coordination, Jen DeTroye at Once you log in, you will see your participants and the programs they are eligible to register for. If needed, you can add participants to keep all family members under one account. Once you complete the registration info, you make one payment at the end. Credit card payment is required.

As a reminder, we have 4 summer baseball/softball programs. More details on each can be found at

Traveling League: Baseball and Softball for Current Grades 1-8 (High School Baseball will be done independently of this registration)
City League: Current Grades 1-3 (Co-ed Monday nights in Kiel)
Fundamentals League (formerly Kindergarten Program): Incoming or Outgoing 5K

If you feel your child is eligible for a program, but you do not see it listed as an available option in the registration site, please contact Jen DeTroye ( Provide your child’s name, current grade, and DOB and she will help you resolve.

Traveling teams deadline = March 1st
City & Fundamentals League = April 26th
A $25 late fee will be imposed after these dates.

Once again this year, your concession worker deposit ($50 per family) will be added to your registration total. (Please note that if you are registering more than one child, the $50 will be split equally across each child you are registering.) Per Club policy, the $50 will be returned to you upon completion of your volunteer hours.

Travel Team players will be required to provide their own grey pants and then purchase a personalized jersey for only $25 OR use a jersey from previous years.  (This does not apply to Youth City League or the Kindergarten Program as shirts are included and will be provided for them.)

We will be transition to an improved hat this year.  It will again be purple with a white "K" so old style or new are welcome.  With the new hat we will not be offering names on each as they will say "Kiel" on the back.  Ordering thru Registration the hats will remain at $20 and extra's will be for sale during season in stand for $25.

Sizing charts are included on the registration site. If you need to try on jerseys or want to check out the new hats, stop in the Zielanis office during the week of 2/24 or during upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences. Some samples will be available there during this week.

Click “Login” on the top right corner to get started.
