Registration Sign Up Info/Links

Hello KBC Families,

Though spring felt pretty far off with all the cold last week, the good news is - it always arrives! :) And to help you think spring, I am excited to announce that baseball registration is officially open!  See below for details and registration link. Please forward to your friends that didn't play last year or any new families and spread the word!

You will log in with the same username and password you created in the past (if you can't remember, email our Registration Coordination, Jen DeTroye at ). Once you log in, you will see your participants and the programs they are eligible to register for. If needed, you can add participants to keep all family members under one account. Once you complete the registration info, you make one payment at the end. Credit card payment is required. Please note that the Insurance option available at the end is connected to SportsConnect (the online registration site we use) - you do NOT need to purchase insurance, as the Club will refund payment if your situation would change.)

As a reminder, we have 4 summer baseball/softball programs. More details on each can be found at

Traveling League: Baseball and Softball for Current Grades 1-8

        - High School Baseball will be done independently of this registration

        - 7th/8th Grade Baseball will offer an "extra" Midshore Majors League after signing up for primary "Travel Baseball" for those interested.

City League: Current Grades 1-3 (Co-ed Monday nights in Kiel)

Fundamentals League (formerly Kindergarten Program): Incoming or Outgoing 5K

If you feel your child is eligible for a program, but you do not see it listed as an available option in the registration site, please contact Jen DeTroye ( ). Provide your child's name, current grade, and DOB and she will help you resolve.

Traveling teams deadline = March 1st

City & Fundamentals League = April 12th

A $25 late fee will be imposed after these dates.

Once again this year, your concession worker deposit ($50 per family) will be added to your registration total. (Please note that if you are registering more than one child, the $50 will be split equally across each child you are registering.) Per Club policy, the $50 will be returned to you upon completion of your volunteer hours.

Travel Team players will be required to provide their own grey pants and then purchase a personalized jersey for $30 OR use a jersey from previous years.  (This does not apply to Youth City League or the Kindergarten Program as shirts are included and will be provided for them.) Hats are also available and will remain at $20 and extra's will be for sale during season in stand for $25.

We are excited to announce we have partnered with First Street Studio in Kiel to bring families a one-stop shop for purchasing jerseys, hats, family apparel, and other baseball/softball accessories. Please be aware, this is the only option for ordering traveling team jerseys so you must place your order using the link below if a jersey is needed! Sizing charts are included in the online store link. If you need to try on jerseys, please contact Jamie Dahmer at First Street Studio to schedule an appointment.
